After booking an appointment, please look for a confirmation email from Annie’s Booking System confirming your appointment and giving you the number to call at the time of the reading or the zoom link… If you don’t receive a confirmation email, the appt was not made. Refund Policy

Please note that all amounts paid are completely non-refundable. All other amounts paid (including without limitation, fees for classes, readings, recordings, downloads, and items purchased are completely nonrefundable.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies may arise. However, cancellations must be made in writing at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the entire fee. At the time of your Reading, if you have not successfully called in, Annie will use her best efforts to reach you at the telephone number you have provided. If she is unable to connect with you within 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered cancelled and not subject to refund. Out of respect for your time as well as our other clients, this rule will be strictly enforced.
